At the moment it is impossible to modify software in a way that will allow to hide thumbnails depending on membership type.

This feature is present in SkaDate software. You can configure the number of days for new members, and the number of pages shown in the Admin Panel/Global Configuration/Additional Settings —> Profile lists settings.
The suggestion is moved to ‘Completed’

Ok, that sound logical. But maybe just make it visible by standard. Members can switch it off if they want to.

Guys, I apologize for misleading you.
It is impossible to make a thumbnail password-protected. And we do not think this is reasonable, because if a person doesn’t want his photo to be seen by anybody – he simply won’t make it a thumbnail. This looks like a common sense to us.
The suggestion is moved to ‘Declined’.

This is really giving problems. More and more members are making thumbnails of password protected photo's just because they are not very clever ... .
I think you should make it impossible to make a thumbnail of a password protected photo.

I think you should do "something" ... make password protected thumbnail ... or make it impossible to make a thumbnail of a password protected photo.
It's not good to let members think their photo is invisible while it's not true.

The small thumbnail is still visible. Please post fix in forum.

A password protected avatar is still visible for other members -> not logical ...

At this moment when members receive match mails ...it's also double, because they can see matches already on the site, but on the site they see all matches ... in the mail Admin can configure which matches will be sent.
It's good to receive new matches by mail, I would only prefer for ALL mass mails (including match mails) give the possibility to send them to internal mailbox. Especially to avoid the spamfilters ... .

So many match mails get lost (spamfilters). If we can send them to the internal mailbox ... no mails get lost anymore.

What do you think if we add an option to automatically move old e-mails to trash instead of deleting them completely? Some members don’t want a cluttered mailbox, but at the same time may want to keep the correspondence just in case

In my country there is a datingsite where only the latest 50 (adjustable in admin panel) mails are saved. If you have a mail that you want to keep, you have to delete unimportant mails, so that the important mail stays in the 50 latest mails. I like that idea.

Same of our members are so lazy that they don't delete any mails. :s
I guess emails do not take much space on the server ? Or am I wrong ?
Carl

·
And how long will the old mails stay in trash ?
Carl

We have members with over 800 emails in their inbox. :-( Wish I had some votes left ... .
Another possibility would be that only the last 50 (number to be set in admin panel) mails are kept in the inbox (older mails will be deleted).

Can be usefull, but only if you can change the number of weeks in admin panel.

Currently the member who voted in a poll still can view poll results at any moment by following the ‘Polls’ link in the default bottom menu.

We will not add this feature to SkaDate Dating Software because we still believe that cluttering members’ mailboxes is not a good idea.
However, we thank you for your feedback and suggestions.

Some members want to see the photo's before they become friends.
At this moment members can give your password to other members and you will never know it ... .

Hi Admins ... problem is at this moment you don't have any control of who is watching your photo's. Members can give passwords to other members without you will ever know.
If you get a warning when someone visits you photo album, you can exactly see who it is (and change your password if necessary).

Maybe make it possible to switch it off in preferences.

It would be better if we could put the list of events on homepage in stead of just a calendar. (for example : next 3 coming events or next 5 coming events).
