A facebook app would be great. There are only 500+ million users of Facebook. Viral marketing is important to all Skadate users.

Holy Crap, I just noticed that too now, your demo is full of spammers. If you're trying to sell a dating script, having spammers on your demo is bad marketing/publicity. This is the same issue us Skadate users are having.
Regarding making the links "no follow". It would be nice if the admins can have the option to only allow paid members to put links. It'll help with marketing our website and better avoid spamming.

For the love of God, please setup a captcha on profile comments, photo comments, blogs, blog comments and forum posts. I just spent the last 90 minutes deleting over 20,000 spam profile comments via myPHPadmin. Yes, that's correct, over 20,000 spam profile comments, I'm not over exaggerating. The catpcha is very important. Spam can destroy an online business.

Would it also be possible for members to verify a captcha if they message a certain number of different members in one day? The admin should be able to setup the limit of messages sent to different members before the captcha goes into effect.
For example, lets say I set the limit to 5 different members. When a spammer starts sending internal message to the first 5 unique members, no captcha verification is needed. But when the spammer sends a message to the 6th, 7th, and #th member then a captcha verification should be required.

Awesome!!! My site is currently free but when I start charging for membership upgrades then I will definately use this coupon feature. Especially since some dating review sites have a promotions/coupons page.

Coupons should have an expiration date or something. Coupons should not be recurring otherwise it would defeat the purpose of the coupon. Coupons should only be applied to non-recurring payment memberships.

Coupons should also be used for free credits.

Could you describe how the feature should work in more details?
For how long shall the members be displayed on the “Meet me now” page? How should they subscribe for being added there? Should a member see all the “Meet me now” profiles, or only those that meet his matching criteria? Should a member see only the profiles matching by location?
Thank you.

There is already a similar feature request thread created.

The one thing I like about this feature that it will cause some members to come back to the site just to check if any new members are on the MMN page. In other words, this feature will help increase returning users and increase traffic on the website.

Just noticted the "send message" feature is already planned. So as long as this feature is beside the members profile in the MMN page, then there is no need to improve messaging methods for the MMN page.

There should be nothing special or programmed for members contacting each other. When a member sees another member in the MMN page, all they have to do is click on "send message" or click on their profile then send a message.
The MMN page should have a limit/duration for how long a member will be on the MMN page, let's say a day or maybe a week? If possible, admins should be able to set the duration of this in the admin panel.
I also believe featured or paying members should be on top of the MMN page, in other words their profiles should show first.

I accept Steve's idea except for the matching not taking consideration of the distance. There's no point of members seeing other members in the MMN section if they live in another state/country. Maybe this distance should be 150 km or less?
Also, take into the genders. Females seeking males in the MMN section should only see males by default, and vice versa.

I think the meet me now feature should be free. Members just go to the "meet me now" page and view other members or add themselves to the list. It should last 7 days because singles usually go out on Fridays or Saturdays during the week.
It should only show members that are within or near the same location and their gender preference. If we put too much matching criterias then it would be hard to find another member in the "meet me now" feature.

Nice idea Steve. In my opinion, by default this feature should be called "Meet Me Now". It's shorter and not as sexually offensive. Of course admins should be allowed to change the title easily.

I like it. This is good for users who don't like exchanging too many messages and rather get to know a person, in person and soon.

Hi everybody.
We like the feature. and we are currently thinking of a possibility to implement it in SkaDate.
We need some details from you: On what pages should the photos be displayed? Should they be displayed on the pages with profile lists (photos)? Should the system display random profiles, or featured, or new etc?
Thank you for your feedback.

Just a reminder that featured online members should show up first with their photos. The order is important as written below.

This is the order of how members should be displayed.
1. featured/paid members that are online
2. feature/paid members that are offline
3. regular members that are online
4. regular members that are offlineAll these photos should also be selected by location closest to the member that's viewing them. Please, also make sure a male who is seeking a female only sees female pics and vice versa.
The photos should be displayed in the home, my mailbox, my profile, music, video, blogs, chat, forum and group pages.
I also prefer the photos be displayed at the top or near the top of the web page in a horizontal line.
Skadate members, please put your input or ideas.

With this feature, paid or featured members' pics should have priority in being seen and should have a highlighted border color around the pic.

On top of the geo-targeting it would be a good idea to target by age, ethnicity, relationship status, income, etc. Alot of companies looking to advertise like to target certain demographics.

I'm debating on getting skadate. This is a deciding feature I would like.
I think the facebook app should also be integrated with a facebook fan page.
