Irene, I’m sharing dragan’s sentiments, What’s the status? This suggestion has 42 votes yet its still in limbo. There are suggestions that have had fewer votes that are now implemented.

I like this feature as well. However, I don’t think it would be wise for admin to change a member’s hompage. I think the options should be left up to the member. I also like Easton’s list. I would only add MP3 player to that list. If you click or copy/paste the link below, it will give you an idea of what I’m suggesting.

I believe this feature will also make any site more independent and vibrant. Members would be able to keep their lives outside of the community seperate. Whenever one member is interested in another, there wouldn’t be the usual e-mail address search, or even the exchange of addresses. Each member’s “e-mail” address could be the same as their membership number or something to that effect. Of course if this feature became a reality, you would also have to give members the option as to whether or not they would want to display their address.
