Tags for videos/events/blogposts should be normalized (so that "Hello", "hello", "HELLO" and maybe even "HEL-LO" are the same).
Also I think they should be split by space in addition to commas, so one can enter:
"hello, hi, welcome"

"hello hi welcome"
