Upgrade to lastest jQuery version

jQuery is great for building web-interfaces. Unfortunately Skadate still uses 1.2.6. It would be great to have the current version (1.4.2), which offers many new features..

Upgrading to the latest jQuery version may cause malfunction in a number of software parts.

Since for now there is not much need in doing that - we have to decline this suggestion.
